Café au lait
Irish Coffee With Whiskey
A cocktail consisting of hot coffee, Irish whiskey, and sugar, stirred, and topped with thick cream. This coffee is drunk through the cream. The original recipe explicitly uses cream that has not been whipped, although whipped cream is often used. Irish coffee may be considered a variation on the hot toddy.Decaf Coffee
It's the end of the day and you've neglected to consume the recommended amount of coffee to prevent Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease, prostate cancer or Type II diabetes. Maybe it's time to settle down with a cup of decaffeinated coffee. However, does decaffeinated coffee offer the same health benefits as caffeinated coffee? The answer is a qualified yes. Fortunately, with or without the caffeine, coffee is rich in biologically active substances that contribute to its aroma, taste and color. Some of these have been investigated to determine which components of the drink are responsible for its well-documented health benefits. Dark Roast Coffee
Dark roast coffee is the result of an extended roasting session with raw green coffee beans. The beans are heated in a high temperature coffee roaster until they are perilously close to burning and then removed to cool slowly. The result is a very dark and oily coffee bean with exceptionally strong flavor.
Greek frappé coffee
Frappé coffee also known as Greek frappé is a foam-covered iced coffee drink made from instant coffee (generally, spray-dried). It is very popular in Greece and Cyprus, especially during the summer, but has now spread to other countries. The frappé became a hallmark of the post-war outdoor Greek coffee culture. Flat White Coffee
A flat white is a coffee beverage from Australia and New Zealand. It is prepared by pouring micro-foam (steamed milk from the bottom of a pitcher) over a single shot (30 milliliter) or double shot of espresso. It is similar to the latte and the café au lait and like other espresso based beverages it can be interpreted various ways.Kona Coffee Macadamias

Espresso
Espresso is a 45ml (1.5 ounces) beverage that is prepared from 7-9 grams of coffee through which clean water of 192¡ - 198¡ F (88¡ - 92¡ C) has been forced at 9-10 atmospheres of pressure, where the grind of the coffee has made the brewing "flow"* time approximately 22-28 seconds. While brewing, the flow of Espresso will appear to have the viscosity of warm honey and the resulting beverage will exhibit a thick dark gold cream foam ("crema") topping. Espresso is usually prepared specifically for, and immediately served to its intended consumer.
